Mazak INTEGREX i-350H S NEO AG Showcases HYBRID Multi-Tasking at IMTS

FLORENCE, Ky., September 14, 2026 – Mazak brought one of the latest additions to its NEO Series to IMTS 2026. As a NEO machine, the INTEGREX i-350H S NEO AG HYBRID Mult-Tasking machine with Automated Gear (AG) technology and measurement capability incorporates several design enhancements. These include improved chip flow, wider/shorter columns for increased stability and higher-rigidity compact milling spindles that feature shorter distances between the spindle face and tool points.

With AG technology, the INTEGREX i-350H S NEO AG allows shops to bring gear production in-house with a single-setup solution. AG machines use specialized, user-friendly software to synchronize milling and main spindles to produce parallel-axis O.D. and I.D. gear and spline types, hob O.D. spur and helical gears, and even measure and deburr gears on one machine platform.

Functions of the AG technology include in-phase positioning of other machined features and pitch measuring. As an option, Mazak also offers gear face scanning that measures profiles and leads.

The INTEGREX i-350H S NEO AG machine itself features a 10" chuck size, a maximum machining diameter of 26.38" (670mm), and a second turning spindle ("S") for complete DONE IN ONE® part processing. It merges full 5-axis milling and turning performance into a single horizontal platform.

The machine comes standard with a 12,000-rpm milling spindle, with 20,000-rpm high-speed and high-torque versions as optional. As standard, tool magazines are front-located for faster tool-to-tool change times and provide operator ease and convenience. An optional rear-located tool magazine ensures room for front-located automation.

With Mazak’s SmoothAi CNC, the machine offers cutting-edge digital technologies such as AI and digital twins, which allow the system to not only enhance operability but also reduce programming and setup time, shorten cycle time, and stabilize machining accuracy.
