Mazak Spotlighted Next-Generation Multi-Tasking Production Versatility at IMTS 2026

FLORENCE, Ky., September 14, 2026 – Outfitted with a gantry loader for automated part production, the Mazak INTEGREX i-200ST NEO Multi-Tasking machine demonstrated exceptional machining flexibility at IMTS 2026. As a NEO Series machine, it combines advanced technology and outstanding value with high-performance productivity. For DONE IN ONE® machining, the INTEGREX i-200ST NEO features a second turning spindle (S) and lower turret (T) along with its milling spindle and upper turret to boost output with minimal fixturing, part handling, and less non-cut time.

The machine accommodates parts measuring up to 23.62" in diameter and 33.46" in length. Its ATC-compatible vertically mounted milling spindle comes standard with 12,000 rpm and 25 hp, and Mazak offers an optional 20,000-rpm spindle with 32 hp. Both turning spindles are equipped with 8" chucks and deliver spindle speeds up to 5,000 rpm with 30 hp (main spindle) and 25 hp (second spindle).

For C-axis contouring versatility at either turning spindle, the INTEGREX i-200ST NEO milling spindle provides a rotating B-axis range of -30 to +210 degrees of motion and indexing increments down to 0.0001°. Mazak’s unique roller cam drive for the B-axis ensures higher accuracy and rigidity while providing zero backlash.

As standard, the machine is equipped with a 36-tool magazine for fast tool changes performed with ample tooling for continuous part processing. Its lower turret handles up to 12 tools, including boring bar shank diameters up to 1.26". The lower turret, working in combination with the machine’s milling spindle, may be applied to either side of the machine headstock to reduce machining cycle times.

For a compact Multi-Tasking center, the INTEGREX i-200ST NEO provides an ample Y-axis travel of 8.27" (210mm) and vertical X-axis of 21.06" (515mm), with 1.97" (50mm) below centerline. And because its tool magazine is located at the front, machine operators can do programming and tool setup with minimal required movement. Additionally, all machine lubrication points and gauges are gathered behind a single panel for ease of viewing and maintenance.
