The aim of On-Line Support Center is to provide assistance to service engineers when problem arises during servicing of machines. The objective is to increase customer satisfaction, enhance our interactions with customer which would in turn improve organization morale.

Maintenance Training Center

Provides basic to advanced level maintenance training for machine tools.

Course content includes:

  • PM for each machine models
  • Hydraulic &pneumatic in machine tool
  • Alarm & diagnosis
  • Unit structure & function
  • Service specify on machine models
  • Practical on machine units
  • Troubleshooting on electrical circuit

Relocating and selling of used machines

All Mazak machines are subject to export control regulations of Japan METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) and Singapore Customs. It is illegal to relocate or sell Mazak machines without first notifying the relevant authorities. So, if you have the intention to purchase, to sell or already possessed Mazak machine, please contact us immediately.
