We Know Mazak Machine Tools
Our teams are Mazak through-and-through, with 550 dedicated and experienced team members across our European Service Organisation. From our planners and parts specialists, to our engineers on the helpdesk and in the field, every single member of our team is there to support our Mazak customers with keeping their Mazak machines productive; minimising downtime and prioritising service quality and response.
For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we aim to be on-site within 24 hours of a call being logged.
In addition, new augmented reality (AR) technologies are being introduced to enhance remote diagnostic and repair capabilities.
Mazak Engineers
The team of Mazak engineers across Europe, whether on the Helpdesk answering your call, working as a Field Service Engineer visiting your site, as an Installations Engineer making sure your new machine is just right, or being one of our skilled Applications Engineers helping you get the most out of your Mazak, are all extensively trained on our range of machine and laser tools and associated equipment. Though our European Training Academy, our factory in Europe and factories in Japan and elsewhere, we support our people to be the best they can be.
We regularly review the knowledge, experience and skills of our engineers, tailoring their learning and development so that they stay up-to-date with the latest technology whilst enhancing their knowledge of our extensive product range.
Each of these engineers is also supported by a team of factory experts and engineering centres meaning that they can solve even the trickiest of challenges. You can rely on Mazak for a life-time of support.
European Parts Centre
Given the cost of unplanned downtime, Mazak holds spare parts at its European Parts Centre in Belgium, including 35,000 different part numbers. Same day shipping for over 97% of parts.
Mazak engineers will assist with installation, commissioning of any supporting ancillary equipment, and even relocation of machines.

Contacting Us
On all occasions, please have your machine's serial number and order number ready (if applicable), and if part quotations are required, please provide the part number, which can be found in the manual supplied with your machine. If no number can be found, then please provide a picture, sketch, or manufacturers number, to help speed up the process.
If technical support is then required, it’s useful to provide as much information as possible. For example, what’s the alarm number, are there any noises, is there any smoke or extreme heat?
If an engineer visit is required without any technical support, you will still need to provide the information as stated above with your request.
