Not only that, we supply over 95% of spindles within 1 week of ordering, with around 1400 spindles in stock in Europe at any one-time. This availability is further supported by our World Parts Centre and colleagues in other geographies, meaning that no matter what Mazak spindle you require, we can supply it quickly and reliably, minimising your downtime and maximising your productivity.
 

Our Spindle Service Centre (SSC) has been rebuilding Mazak spindles for over 20 years and has the capability to rebuild more than 950 different spindle specifications from across the last three decades of Mazak machine tools.

With 45 full-time staff, the SSC operates out of a temperature-controlled environment and can be used to repair and service for both current and legacy models. Since its inception, it has repaired over 700 different types of spindle.

Each spindle is stripped, cleaned, measured and assessed, and rebuilt with new bearings, seals and all other necessary components so it is as good as new. Not only that, but each spindle is also brought up to the latest design version, ensuring it is state of the art for your machine.
 

Each of these units is then put through it's paces on our test rigs, replicating typical processes and usage and giving you piece of mind that you are investing in a high quality and long-lasting component. All of this is backed by our 12-month spindle warranty for further reassurance.
