Achieves high-speed and high-quality processing
The newly developed nozzle and the adoption of Mazak’s unique processing technology enable stable, high-speed and high-quality processing of various materials, while minimising the occurrence of processing defects.
Equipped with large front and side access doors
Sliding doors are installed on the front and side of the machine, minimising the floor space requirement. Dimensions of OPTIPLEX 3015 Ez L openings are 1200 mm (front) and 3210 mm (side) and OPTIPLEX 4220 Ez openings are 1190 mm (front) and 3130 mm (side). Additionally, slide door on the side of OPTIPLEX 4220 Ez can be opened from both left and right, which makes it easier for the operator to load and unload workpieces.

Improved operability of CNC control
The rotating CNC control panel gives operators the option to work at the front or side of the machine. The screen also tilts, offering a comfortable operating position for all users.

Large 21.5” LCD screen and touch panel
Operator can easily zoom in and out on the display screen with their fingertips. The wide screen also allows the operator to check nesting at a glance.
Flat design for easier operation
Apart from the emergency stop and rotary switch buttons, operational buttons feature a flat design. The use of pictograms makes operation more intuitive.
Machine Monitor and Optional Dual Monitor
The optional Dual Monitor allows the operator to run more applications simultaneously. The Machine Monitor supports operators by providing easy access to the torch and machine information. Machine status information is displayed alongside a machine image, allowing operators to review detailed data at a glance.
