We are so confident in this quality that all Mazak Original Parts come with a 6-months warranty (12-months for spindles) from date of delivery, covering you against manufacturing defect or material quality.
Original Parts Availability
Not only are our Original Parts of the highest quality, they are also more available than ever before. In fact, our European Parts Centre (EPC) in Belgium despatches circa 98% of all customer orders the same-day, with delivery directly to the customer premises to ensure that downtime is minimised at all times.
We stock over 43,000 lines and over 55M€ value (net) of Original Parts at EPC, and in those rare instances when we do not hold stock of a component in Europe, the World Parts Centre in Japan, where we stock approximately 1.3 million spare parts (or our colleagues at the National Parts Centre in the USA) immediately despatch the Original Part, utilising air freight as necessary to ensure that we rapidly deliver on our customer's request.
