The Yamazaki Mazak Museum of Machine Tools

The Yamazaki Mazak Museum of Machine Tools exhibits traditional machine tools in working condition, as well as representative industrial products made by machine tools including a steam locomotive, automobiles and aircraft. This experience-based museum provides a place for the education of children, as well as exhibitions and experience area of AI. This museum is 11 meters below from the ground and the temperature of the underground museum is maintained by using geothermal energy which provides sustainable energy savings.

The Yamazaki Mazak Museum of Art

The Yamazaki Mazak Museum of Art in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, houses and exhibits about 300 French paintings, furniture, and glassworks from the 18th - 20th centuries. This museum is a museum where visitors can enjoy French art while feeling the atmosphere of the “salons” at that time. Furthermore, the Mazak Machine Tool Gallery is located on the 1st floor of the office tower next to the Museum. You can see the history of machine tools, machine-tool components, as well as the latest machine tools there.

Zan-Yuu-Soh

Almost 5 years were required to faithfully restore this priceless old residence on the banks of the Kiso River in Inuyama (it was originally located in Nagoya and moved to this location). It is located in a very peaceful area in the Kiso Quasi-National Park along the Kiso River.

Villa Yamazaki

The Villa Yamazaki, a guesthouse for visitors to Yamazaki Mazak, is located in an area with natural surroundings of exceptional beauty in the Kiso Quasi-National Park. Guests can enjoy contemporary lodging conveniences, carefully and thoughtfully combined with traditional Japanese amenities such as an open-air bath.

Crescent Valley Country Club Minokamo

The golf course is designed by Mr. Seve Ballesteros, one of the most famous golf players in the world. The clubhouse is built in the British Georgian style.

Mazak Machine Tool Gallery

The Mazak Machine Tool Gallery introduces the history of machine tools, displays machined parts and the latest machine tools. This facility was established with the aim of deepening understanding of how machine tools are involved in everyone's lives.
It is located on the first floor of "Mazak Art Plaza" and can be entered free of charge.

Mazak House

A 5 minute walk from headquarters, the guest house is located next to the Solution Academy.
There are 49 guest rooms, restaurant & bar, a large public bath with jacuzzi and sauna. Guests, including training school participants, can enjoy all the comforts there.

Mazak Foundation

The purpose of this foundation is to contribute to the development of the machinery industry in Japan and around the world by providing assistance and subsidies for research and development and utilization related to advanced production systems centered on machine tools, as well as international technical exchanges to advance machine production technology.

Japan Machine Tool Builders’ Association

The association is made up of metal machine tool manufacturers and aims to develop the machine tool industry. Yamazaki Mazak became an official member of the Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association in November 1961.

AMT (The Association for Manufacturing Technology)

The association aims to improve and develop technology in the manufacturing industry, and Mazak Corporation (US company) joined the NMTBA (now AMT) in October 1981.
