Parts Supply Systems

Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the World Parts Center can supply parts for all of the more than 1,500 machines, from old to new models. We ship spare parts within 24 hours to customers in Japan, ensuring support for Mazak machines that keep them running.


To ensure customers use the full capability of Mazak products, we offer a wide range of training, from beginners to experts, including programming, machine operation, and maintenance.


Solution Academy

We have prepared a substantial curriculum to acquire various machining know-how.


Conversational Programming Training

We are opening a free program training school for customers who are already using Mazak products and those who plan to install them.

Support Bases

Yamazaki Mazak has established Technology Centers around the world to provide technology solutions to customers, such as displaying the latest applications, offering advice on parts machining, equipment consulting, and various trainings, as well as Technical Centers to quickly carry out sales and service activities closer to customers, and provide prompt support from close locations to customers around the world.
