Compact Sheet Changer

A sheet changer that allows for free combination of product and material shelves. The number of shelves can be selected from 4 to 10, allowing for flexibility in response to your plant environment and production conditions.

Tapping Cell

Helical tapping allows for large diameter tapping up to M24, as well as milling such as spot facing. A wide variety of tapping processes are available with an automatic tool changer (ATC). By performing these processes outside the laser processing area, high productivity can be achieved without stopping laser processing.

Automatic Sorting Cell

The magnets and suction cups attached to the hand are automatically positioned based on the nesting data and the product's center of gravity position information. This enables automatic sorting without teaching.

Smooth System Controller

The nesting data, sorting data, and tapping data required for laser processing are imported from the MAZAK SMART SYSTEM (CAD/CAM), and the schedule for the automation system is created and managed through the CNC system of the laser processing machine . It manages schedules for laser processing, material loading/unloading, tapping, and sorting processes, and issues optimized work instructions to each cell.

Flexible Mazak Laser FMS

Worksheets stored in the material stocker are loaded onto the machine sheet by loader and the cut sheets are unloaded automatically according to the schedule. Since the loader and unloader are on the same line, it is possible to expand the number of machines or shelves according to your requirement.

  • Even after installing a standalone system, it is possible to expand to CELL or flexible manufacturing system. It can be extended to a maximum of 4 machines.
  • The system features a high degree of flexibility for expansion, such as adding shelves and management controllers, and connecting to stockers.

Pallet exchange type laser automation
