Wide opening doors
Sliding doors are installed on the front and side face of the machine, minimizing the floor space required. Both doors have wide openings, providing large space. The sliding door on the side of the OPTIPLEX 4220 Ez can be opened from both left and right, making it easier for an operator to load and unload workpieces.

Easy accessibility
The short distance from the operator to the table allows for easy access to a workpiece from the side of the machine.

Operability of CNC control
The rotating CNC control panel gives operators the option to work at the front or side of the machine. The screen also tilts, offering a comfortable operating position for all users.

The machine monitor supports operators by providing easy access to the torch and machine information. Machine processing status information is displayed with the machine image, allowing operators to grasp the machine processing status and detailed data at a glance.

Comprehensive warranty support
By subscribing to the Mazak iCONNECT™ M2M service, we will check the condition of oscillator through remote diagnosis and also conduct an interview with customers to identify the cause of the malfunction. Based on that, we will determine the appropriate repair method for the oscillator and carry out either repair or replacement depending on the extent of the issue. The warranty covers not only the oscillator but also the fiber cable.
Warranty period
The Mazak SmoothCUT comes with a standard 5-year warranty. For added peace of mind, optional seven‑year and ten‑year warranties are also available.
